Shop owner Robert Breeden has been blacksmithing since the age of 11, when he first hammered out a few hooks in a middle school shop program.
He continued to experiment and establish his smithing skills when he built a lean-to forge in his parents back yard, and went on to develop his unique artistic style while apprenticing in Maine and the Southwest.
After spending four years honing his craft in different shops and locations, Robert moved back to Maine in 1997 and established Breeden Fine Ironwork.
